These don't do the bare minimum- hold hair back for 1 hour! I work in a clinical setting and I can't even get through a single patient encounter without this sliding back and sticking up off my head. I can't touch my hair because I have to keep my hands clean for the safety of my patients, which is why I wear headbands. I can't believe such a shoddy, failed product was released.
