I'm 5'9" 153 lbs and size medium fit perfect. I'm normally a medium in their leggings so the sizing for this short is no different. I love that the pockets accommodate my large iPhone 8+ so that I don't need to run with a running belt or armband. I recently wore these on a 4.5-mile run and had no ch...afing and no rolling up on the legs or rolling down on the waist. The shorts are so comfortable but they still keep you sucked in. As soon as my size comes back in-stock, I will be purchasing more! I also purchased the Ultimate Stash Pocket 7" short but it has much smaller pockets that don't fit my phone.
On the website these shorts are described as having a "high rise." But on the physical shorts, it's labeled as a "super high rise." Normally I love a high rise, but the rise here is so high about an inch is curling at my waist. For reference, I'm 5'4", leggy, and pear shaped.

I love these BECAUSE they have two side pockets, which is very very important to me. The material is great and that's why I buy them because I can get something similaron Amazon, but the material sucks with that being said it takes too long It get.. ittook nearly a month to get my order. I'm paying premium prices. I expect better service.

I normally buy cheaper ones from Old Navy, but I thought these might be nicer and more comfortable, but I think I'll return them because I don't wanna have to wear thongs while I run or bike. Not only do they show panties that don't normally show under other bike shorts and yoga pants they have their own weird panel inside that shows a line on the side of the thigh and makes the side stitching look off

These are my favorite workout shorts -- i use them for pilates, yoga, lifting, and bopping around town/house. They fit so comfortably -- snug but not compressive, LOVE the pockets, the high waist, the fabric, and the inseam length. I dont find them to be the best for running or spin though -- i prefer something a little more compressive and more sweat wicking fabric. I am 5'1, 130 lb, and find size small to be best for me.

Great fit, perfect raise in the waist, and no stitching along the top of the waist that would squeeze you or dig into skin. The pocket is a must for me, 100%, to carry the phone while hiking.
