A quarter zip is my latest obsession. There is something about a quarter zipper that makes the collar so complementary and versatile. I love them for casual wear, but I especially love that this can work at work for me. It's like a perfect casual/classy pairing that makes me feel like I'm secretly ...bucking workplace wear, but my boss isn't any the wiser. I first bought the cream Seasoft Quarter Zip last spring. I was back to buy the blue this summer. I love the style of these. It goes with a variety of bottoms and is a perfect layer (not too heavy, not too light). It really is so soft. I am glad they brought in some color options since the first offerings were very neutral. I like bright colors so the blue is inching its way in the right direction. The nature of the fabric is sort of dusty, so it's not an intense color, but I'm glad they have more options now that cream, black, and green. I am eager to wear it once the weather cools off just a little.

I've had this for a while along with the pants that go with it. I finally wore the outfit. I didn't spill or otherwise get the top dirty, just needed a wash after wearing. I washed according to directions. The pants washed nicely. This quarter zip top came out of the wash with big stains that lo...ok like it was still wet even though it wasn't. It didn't feel wet, but I put it on the drying rack for a night just to be sure. It wasn't wet, it was stained! I rinsed it and sprayed the stains, Rewashed, those stains came out but new ones appeared! Repeated the process two more times, each time the old spots came out but new ones appeared. For the price this should be way way better quality. Style is cute, fabric is soft but poor quality that gets stains for no reason.. It is unwearable. Very very disappointed in this zip top and with Athleta.

The elm color discography is not a rich green color in person, I was very let down to open my package to see that it's much more of a gray tone than green. Luckily the color can still be described as a grayish green because it's green overall, it just isn't nearly the same green as the pictures online and since there wasn't this color in store to reference, I ordered elm and opened it to discover a soft dusty green that already has a faded/dusty looking color to it. The fit is true to size however and the material is comfy just as expected of every other seasoft item. Just don't let the color mislead you like the false sense of vibrancy I originally believed in. The green will look weathered.

I absolutely love this quarter zip! It's one of those pieces I keep reaching for over and over again. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable! I got a size M because I prefer a slightly looser fit, and it's perfect. I actually own four of these in different colors and sizes, and I love every single one.
