Awful fit

The fit is terrible - bottom half is enormous, top half runs short but width is true to size. I'm 5'9", 145, and ordered the Tall Small. Instead of adding length to the entire garment (like a true "tall" size should be), it's like they only added length to the shorts. So the top appears way too short - the waist is nearly at my bra line - and the legs are these huge, long, billowy things. Truly awful. Waist is giant too, couldn't cinch it snug enough. Not worth keeping, even with the extra 30% of sale discount. Woof.
