Great length. Strong compression that kept everything in place during Pilates. Love that Athleta has two lines of sizing that includes smaller band sizes but larger cups and vice versa.

I've got several of these - they have good support for hiking, pilates, almost anything except maybe hard-core running or horse riding. The knot can be an issue if you are on your back a lot - for me, it isn't a problem, but I don't spend a LOT of time working out on my back. They fit well - maybe run a bit on the small side - I am a 30dd and buy the S.
