Getting a Price Adjustment

If an item you've purchased has gone down in price, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date.

Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment unless you used only a free shipping discount. See the specific promotion for details.

NOTE: "Final sale" items are not eligible for a price adjustment.

To Get a Price Adjustment

Within 14 days of your order, contact us.

Have your order number ready and include it in any email or chat messages (it's on your order confirmation email).

NOTE: Price adjustments for online purchases cannot be made in a store.
