The outside pocket can hold what your separate purse would … large pocket holds an iPad etc. not too oversized for a petite person.

The bag is very cute. I usually avoid light colors, but I chose the light green to break up my black-gray-white wardrobe. I brought it on a trip to Boston and New York, and it held everything I needed for daily outings without feeling bulky. It's a great travel companion. Just don't expect a highly engineered travel bag. The strap loosens and ends up too long; I had to knot it, and even that didn't hold perfectly. The zipper would be better if it opened from the opposite side—when a taller bottle sits in the internal holder, the bag doesn't zip easily, and you have to open it wide just to reach your drink. The exterior pocket has a key clip, which is useful, but it needs a detachable or stretchy keychain because it's too short to unlock doors while attached. Not a major issue, just mildly inconvenient. It's less practical than a backpack or sling, but it's definitely cuter. Avoid putting a large water bottle inside; it makes wearing it crossbody uncomfortable. Overall comfort is good—not great—but good enough. The sale price is excellent and makes the bag worth it.

It arrived with gross speckles all over it and completely dirty, like someone used it then returned it. I immediately returned it as well. Please do better.

The adjustable strap is too long and I don't like the way it hangs down the side. Needs some way to fold it or tuck it.

I tried it on in the store, perfect size for me because I'm a toddler mom. Enough room to throw diapers & snacks in but looked cute. Loved the look of it so I bought it, took it home, made the purse switch then wore it the next day. SO ANNOYING, keeps sliding because of the "buckle", was this a misstep or on purpose? No matter how much you adjust it, it keeps sliding down so it hangs down past my hips. I'm 5'2" so if you're taller, it might not be a big deal. I should've just returned it!! I usually love all of my Athleta pieces.

I bought this bag for a trip to Spain and Portugal. Good size bag, can hold everything I need. Love the water bottle mesh pocket. It is water resistant to some degree. I can easily clean it with a wet wipe. The navy color is beautiful! I tied a knot on the end of the strap to prevent it from coming loose. Very happy with my purchase!

I wanted to love this bag. But the the strap constantly loosens while you are wearing it. Extremely annoying! This needs to be redesigned. Returning unfortunately

The heavier the contents the more the strap slips. I had to insert safety pins under the strap to keep in place. The result… longer bag drop than desired. For the cost this shouldn't happen.

I just want to know why you and your customer service would lie about price adjusting this bag after I got it in store and later that day saw it was cheaper online. Attached photo saying you would give the adjustment. Then the rep said I couldn't get one.
