Wow, people weren't kidding when they said these ran small! I'm typically XS and I bought S and waist is so tight it's hard to pull on. Thankfully they fit so I can use since it was final sale. Can't say how much I dislike drawstring esp since these are so tight they'd never fall off so it's totally... useless. I guess the extra cargo pocket is nice—has a flap to help things stay in. Bought because of super low price but would never keep otherwise

I have always worn a size small in every Athleta bottom that I own (regardless of style & type). So even though these were on final sale where I couldn't return them, I bought both colors in my usual size small. I could not even fit one leg into these pants. The entire waistband is literally slig...htly larger than one of my thighs (& I have normal size thighs). I'd recommend anyone buying these - especially on final sale where you can't return them - to buy 2 (maybe 3) sizes larger than you normally wear. Don't waste your money buying your actual size. I will say that OTHER than the size issue which makes them useless to me, they do look cute - with tiny details & pops of color that make them look high quality. The material also seems very thin - so much so that I imagine that they'd be cool enough to wear even in summer.

These leggings have a firm waistline (don't go too small because the waist doesn't stretch as much as other styles). They are very soft and stretchy everywhere else though. The extra pockets are great and the ankles are more comfortable than other styles.

So comfy but the loop on the side holds my headphone wire pocket on side phone goes in deep cargo pocket not deep but holds phone. Love these wish they had petite.

Great leggings but size up. This is my second order. The first order was a size small and I could not get the leggings over my hips. The waistband literally has no elasticity. They were so tight that I heard a tear. The overall fabric is wonderfully stretchy and the pockets are great for a hands free run.

I cannot even get these on. I have 10+ Athleta leggings (all size Medium) and I couldn't even pull these on. I LOVE the OG cargo Salutation 7/8 leggings and thought these would be the same but definitely not. You probably have to size up 1-2 just to get them on but then they wouldn't even fit in the legs. Had to return, no wonder they're on sale!

I can see my imperfections through the fabric; so these actually became a perfect underlayer to my insulated hiking skirt. I like the color for this very same reason: hiking underlayer.

My favorite favorite style is the Salutation 7/8 leggings. I wear them everyday / all day. I was excited to order the cargo legging. I am a solid Small. Usually, I don't try the Salutation leggings on when I unpack them. I put them away because I know they are always a perfect fit. I decided to try these on because I have been looking forward to receiving. I could not get them on last my knees. Super disappointed and not sure why these are different. I know the Medium will be too big as they are leggings, longer on the bottom. I will sadly be returning.
