I needed a white jacket, and I have an olive color in this jacket...and I love it. I wear different sizes in tops in Athleta, so I had to try this on. I wear a medium in this tight fitted jacket. I'm 5'6" and 120 pounds. I do have an athletic build. The cropped length hits at a perfect spot on my; right at the top of my Vuori joggers or just over the top of my Endless pants. #sweepstakes

Most of these reviews haven't been very helpful, but for me, this fits pretty true to size. I'm 5'2", about 119 lbs, and a 32D—the small fits just fine. There's some room around the stomach area and sleeves, so I could probably wear an XS if I wanted a more fitted look. I got the petite length, and it hits just below my belly button. Took one star off because of the retail price point.
