Sizing is off

I am 58 and weigh 160 pounds and I usually wear a medium, but I ordered a small in these and they are too big for my liking and also they are short. Under upper side the material seems really good and they will keep me warm in the winter.

These run large and are just long enough for me. I am 5'8", 139lbs and got a medium regular. Should have gotten a small. I also got the quarter zip. Think they will be great this winter.
