I have been trying to find a sports bra that has enough support so I can remove the padding because it is so annoying when you wash them and the padding gets all messed up. I also wanted to make sure I could run and do HIIT workouts in when the girls would stay put. I was in Boulder for the day and ...stumbled into Athleta where Kim, one of their amazing sales associates, recommended this to me. After testing it out this week, I couldn't recommend this sports bra enough - it is amazing! I ended up buying more while they're still on sale they're that good!
I wear a 36C bra and and have tried many sports bra brands. Athleta's Interval bra is no different from other makers. According to normal size ranges I should wear a size medium in sports bras but all of them are very, very tight. I ordered a size L in the Interval, and it fit me better, but I am re...ally frustrated by manufacturers who seem to have idealized versions of what women will fit their clothes. I am a normal to smallish body size, I am 129 lb with a normal chest size, but all athletic bras seem to be tailored to women who are much much smaller in the chest and ribcage, or perhaps on the other end of the spectrum, plus size women who fit the athletic profile. I don't understand why athletic bras cannot be made to fit a normal body type. They're either too big or too small in normal sizes. I'm glad I could at least find a sports bra in white...I can't believe how hard it is to find that color these days.

Would size down. I'm 32C, usually wear Athleta small but this fits a bit roomier. Would wear for strength training and yoga but not running (not supportive enough). Cute colour and fit as pictured. As with all athleta bras, the padding slides around but is fine if arranged properly and can also be removed.

I am large busted, si I got this in the D-DD version, it has such good coverage. I normally don't get good side coverage, but this covers everything, goes up high enough so I'm not spilling out of the top either. As far, as support for high intensity, i haven't put it to the test but there is still some bounce, so I don't think I would go running in it.

Super-soft and comfortable. Also not as low cut as some- a plus for me. I like this for yoga and weights, but find it not quite up to vigorous exercise like running or jacks. I am a 43E, so I am at the very top end of recommended sizing.
