I'm 5'6 180 pounds and got a large. The shorts are very soft feeling they're not very compressive so although the waistband doesn't write down doing some exercise exercises, the leg portion will ride up otherwise they're very cute to go out and run errands or to do my old workout at home.

Punch colour is totally see through. You can see the colour of your underwear through the fabric. Ordered online as final sale so I'm stuck with see through shorts. Super disappointing.
