At 5'9 and very short waisted this still hits at my hip bone. I don't consider this a gym shirt but an every day tee to wear running errands or staying home with sea soft sweats. Nice thick fabric washes well and ribbing can eliminate those pesky back flaws. They are just right not too fitted nor too loose. I have bought multiple as there are very cute and match the bottoms.

Hands down my favorite tee! I have these in multiple colors and they are my go to shirt for work with high waisted dress pants. I have 5'3" and the regular length hits perfect to cover my midsection without adding bulk. It's fitted not too tight. I typically wear a small or medium and I got these in a small (hourglass shape).

I absolutely love these shirts!! They wash and wear so easily. Super comfortable and still looks great after repeated washing!! Sizing is dependent on how snug you want it to fit. It is pretty true to size but do remember it's meant to fit snug.
