This has less support than the conscious support top (i'm not docking it a star because it's a crop as I knew that when I bought, but by all that's holy bring back the support tops that can support a D in a longer length and not just crop. I am begging you) This is showing its wear and tear a lot ...faster than previous athleta garments. I own five conscious support tops I wash nearly every day and wear in rotation that the seams aren't coming loose/the underlining become misshapen on as quickly as this top is It's fine. Reasonable support even for my D cup - would go for a quick walk, but nothing more aggressive. Can't double as a top like anything full length could for those not skinny, but is reasonable as an undershirt.
Let me start by saying that I LOVE this top. I love/loved it so much over the years that I slowly bought more colors (I also used to have a white one but my husband destroyed the color of it in the wash 🥲) . I recently saw there was a markdown so I treated myself to two more colors — however am rea...lly disappointed with the quality of the newer ones. It's not as supportive as the straps are thinner and looser than the previous models and even the logo is in a different location than where I was previously. Im wondering if it's a bad batch and that's why they're on sale? I wish I could return it or get another but I already ripped off the tags and used them since I thought it was gonna turn out fine like the last ones.

I'm 5'3 and 100 lbs - the XS A-C fits but is slightly tight. The fabric is really nice and comfortable for my strength and cardio workout, and it is supportive. I would probably just try a S next time. I like this style because it is longer than a sports bra and covers the chest/isn't square neck. I hope Athleta makes more of this style.
