    I'm 5'8" and 150lbs and ordered the M to use for yoga. They provide quite a lot of hold as compared to the transcend shorts but less stretchy. They are soft and comfortable and I would feel ok running or doing weightlifting in these because they hold everything in. Don't have any issues with sweat showing through. Purchased the navy blue!
