I am THRILLED to see the Salutation 2.0 jacket in bigger sizes!!!! I wanted this jacket so bad. I have almost every pair of Elation leggings in every colorway & wanted the Salutation jacket, too. As a fitness instructor of pilates, yoga, athletic trainer & high school coach,, I live in athlet...ic wear every day, seven days a week. I love Athleta and am constantly getting compliments on my sharp outfits, which fit me so well. I have an athletic build, and if you have athletic arms, shoulders, a bust, or any curves & If you "could" zip it up, you would feel squeezed into a sausage casing. I wanted to keep it, but I sadly returned it. Then it was so short I even ordered the tall to get a little more length & hope it would fit- I just couldn't make the XL work. Now they have the Salutation 2.0 jacket in larger sizes so I can finally get one to complete so many outfits!! One of the biggest reasons that keep me loyal to ATHLETA more than the "other" well-known brands is because Athleta realizes women come in all shapes, sizes, heights, and body shapes. Thank you, Athleta, for giving me so many options and for so many other women who want to work out in quality, great-looking athletic clothes that are size & height-inclusive; you really understand women's bodies are not uniform. ATHLETA, you have truly lived up to the "Power of She," & by understanding and you help to Empower us with your clothing to help us look & feel good so we can move our bodies, feel better, and live better. That's a big win in my book!
I love Athleta clothing, but not this piece. I wish I had returned it. It fits a bit snug, but I can deal with that. My problem is with the collar. It's stiff and it just doesn't sit/feel right. When the jacket is unzipped the collar sticks up/out oddly and it's irritating and doesn't look right. Wh...en the jacket is zipped the collar is just too stiff and "off". Oh well.

Great jacket! I like other reviewers mentioned, I did size up one. I could have gotten my usual size (tried on in the store) and liked how that fit, but decided to go for the petite version which did not come in XXS. Still mostly fitted even with it being one size up, but a bit more wiggle room

I bought the Venice high rise joggers and it's nice to have a matching jacket to take along for later in the day. I generally wear an XS or S in Ahtleta sweatshirts but sized up to a Meduim in this one as wanted to wear over tees and not have a snug fit.

I was on the fence about this jacket and I am to glad I decided to purchase. Yes, it's fitted but I have a long torso and the regular length fit great. I am a size 8 and usually wear a Medium in Athleta and I am glad I sized up for a bit more room
