I am THRILLED to see the Salutation 2.0 jacket in bigger sizes!!!! I wanted this jacket so bad. I have almost every pair of Elation leggings in every colorway & wanted the Salutation jacket, too. As a fitness instructor of pilates, yoga, athletic trainer & high school coach,, I live in athlet...ic wear every day, seven days a week. I love Athleta and am constantly getting compliments on my sharp outfits, which fit me so well. I have an athletic build, and if you have athletic arms, shoulders, a bust, or any curves & If you "could" zip it up, you would feel squeezed into a sausage casing. I wanted to keep it, but I sadly returned it. Then it was so short I even ordered the tall to get a little more length & hope it would fit- I just couldn't make the XL work. Now they have the Salutation 2.0 jacket in larger sizes so I can finally get one to complete so many outfits!! One of the biggest reasons that keep me loyal to ATHLETA more than the "other" well-known brands is because Athleta realizes women come in all shapes, sizes, heights, and body shapes. Thank you, Athleta, for giving me so many options and for so many other women who want to work out in quality, great-looking athletic clothes that are size & height-inclusive; you really understand women's bodies are not uniform. ATHLETA, you have truly lived up to the "Power of She," & by understanding and you help to Empower us with your clothing to help us look & feel good so we can move our bodies, feel better, and live better. That's a big win in my book!
I have three original Salutation jackets which I wear all the time and love the fit. I ordered another color in the Salutation Jacket 2.0 and do not like the way it fits. I am a Petite Small and this jacket compared to the Original is much shorter and much narrower. I think I could order a Medium in... the regular size and it might be better, but I would worry that the arms are too long though. I am returning and will stick to the ones I already own. I hope they bring the original one back - it is very versatile.

I love the Salutation Jackets. They are perfect for wearing before and after class or just for a comfortable yet stylish jacket. With fall coming quickly to Michigan I will be wearing this often in the mornings on my way to my workout classes. These jackets are very figure flattering and not boxy and baggy.

Deep Teal is an absolutely stunning color, so rich and vibrant. The Salutation Jacket is a very sleek, stylish jacket. The seams are figured flattering which I love! The ribbed fabric is perfect, very stretchy and a nice outer layer. I'm 5'11" and 150 lbs. I ordered the small in the tall size, it is truly fit for tall ladies. The body is a great length, and the best part…the sleeves are long enough!!! A winner in every way.

I love the fabric and color. I have not worn it yet for golf or hiking which is why the four star. It is a slim cut (feminine styling) which I really like. Just hoping it isn't snug over layers when it gets cooler. Will have to see.
