First the good qualities - the fabric feels amazing, and the legs fit/hang nicely. The length was perfect, and the zippered pockets are a great feature. Now for the not so good qualities - I'm not sure who these would be considered mid rise for. The waist band is 4 inches tall, and it's another 7 ...

The pants are very comfortable! Only reason for four stars and not five is that they're expensive, and the "tummy control" is more like waist control. It feels like it's a bit high and doesn't cover the bottom of my tummy. I bought them to volunteer at a golf tournament and walked 54 holes in them in comfort! #sweepstakes

This is my second pair of Venice High Rise Joggers and I have one in my shopping cart now. These pants are amazing! Perfect rise (no weird muffin top) and perfect room in the thighs. I have several pairs and the petite small fit perfectly. I have tried two different colors recently both had to be returned as the waist is now about an inch smaller and the fabric seems to not be as stretchy. No longer my favorite.

These are great for car trips, camping, or bopping around town. Sometimes I want the comfort without looking like I came from yoga. These fit really well, are flattering, and have great detail on the pockets.

These are good joggers for spring and early fall but walking/running outdoors in the late fall could get chilly depending on your location (Northeast).
