Cute idea but too cropped

I loved the stripes and the material of this sweatshirt. It drapes well and fits true to size. I originally sized down as that is what I've done for other Athleta sweatshirts (1/2 zip forever fleece and the seasoft cropped crew neck) but this one is not oversized and I needed a true M. I was SO excited to get this! I am 5'6" 130lbs with no boobs. I suspected that the crop fit would be okay on me since I didn't have boobs to take up space and make the crop higher. I was proven completely wrong. This hit just below my belly button. Yikes. Probably would work if I was 21, but this was not the look for a 45 year old lady. This one is going back.
