Wore these once to test out for a half marathon race. Sweat shows through immediately and the material pilled from my zip up jacket after one wear! So sad. I expected better quality from an athletic company. Luckily I had a gift card because I would never pay full value for this.

Love these workout shorts. Normally a M but size up to L for less compression. They are not see through, even in white. Love to pair w longer style tees or tanks. Wash well.

Usually I wear the longer leggings, and I stand by them as more comfy than short leggings. I bought these mainly for wearing under skirts and the occasional mood to wear short leggings. I have a solid collection of Athleta stash leggings and love them all. Obviously if you sweat a lot in these light colors, it will be quite noticeable. It does seem like the shorts ride up more that the longer leggings for me, but nothing too crazy. I find them very comfy and supportive. I love the tall waistband when wearing under dresses so that there isn't a band line right at the worst possible spot on my waist, and having a pocket for my phone is big for me, especially since the legging pocket holds it so securely, it doesn't bounce around like it can in shorts or dress pockets.

I have a few pairs of the 7 inch shorts, but the 5 inch are perhaps my new favourite. They're long enough to prevent chub rub, but more flattering I think. The pockets are great! They're sleek. 5'5 and 150lb I bought the large.
