    This dress fit like a glove. I was afraid it would be too clingy, or too short (its quite short in the picture). It falls really well, and is quite flattering. I'm also pleasantly surprised that the "tall" version isn't too short for a 40 year old to wear. (I'm 5'7, 140lbs, athletic build) Note its cut VERY high at the neckline (unsurprising - as per the picture). I just wish this was made of natural materials ...

    I really like this dress however I did read the other reviews and decided to size up. I wear a regular medium in the essential dress but purchased this in a large tall. Those 2 different sized dresses have a similar fit on me. I am smaller on top with bigger hips. I am 5'6" and weigh 150#.

    The fit of this dress is great. It flatters any body type. Size down if you want it more form fitting. I like my true size. You can wear tennis shoes and a jacket to dress down or strappy sandals to dress it up a bit.

    I am not typically a dress person, but tried this on in the store and loved it. I'm generally a size 12, and the L fit me just right. It's fitted but not overly so, there is still some flow to it. It is on the shorter side, but length-wise it is as pictured online, hitting about mid-thigh for me. Will be cute to wear with sandals or sneakers.
