I am 5'6", 121 lbs, 34B and got this in XS in white and black and also S in white. I wear either size in Athleta clothing, depending upon the cut of a given garment and how I want it to fit. I have one complaint about the white jacket - that the pocket zipper pulls are black, not white like on the w...ebsite. I definitely want them to be white or, at least, silver like the main zipper pull. But I like the jacket so much otherwise that I'm overlooking this for now. Hopefully they'll fix this. The XS fits like a glove, snug and figure-flattering. If you want a looser fit or have longer arms or a bigger chest, size up. While this fabric is ribbed, it looks much like a micro-pleat at first glance. The fabric is spring/fall weight. The princess seaming is very slenderizing - more narrow at the waist. It looks fabulous with tights. The sleeves on the XS are a perfect length for my arms - not too long and not too short with my thumbs in the thumbholes. The sleeves on the S are too long for me but I got the S to wear over looser or thicker tops. The S is looser throughout both the arms and the torso (fits more like on the model), but the princess seaming keeps it from looking frumpy - it just looks a tad more relaxed and goes better over jeans. I like that the jacket has no hood, as this makes it more classy-looking. I definitely recommend!

For reference, I'm 5'7", 108 pds, 32C, 25" waist. I purchased the white ribbed jacket in SMALL TALL and the navy regular salutation jacket in SMALL REGULAR. As you can see in the photos, it is fitted but not tight. I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath both jackets. The material is very thin m...aking it a very light jacket. It definitely doesn't keep me warm in cold weather. The white ribbed jacket is less soft than the regular salutation jacket and WAY more thin in material. The ripped jacket in size Tall is an inch longer than size Regular on me. For as much as these jacket costed, I was expecting something better for warmth and quality . Overall, it is a feminine jacket that is nicely tailored with a thin layer of material.

See my other review on the Salutation 2 Jacket where I compare this one with that. I bought both and love them both. I'm 5'4'' 125lb and always wear XS in Athleta. I bought this in a Small. It fits just right. Still hugging the body but slightly looser and more comfortable than the XS that was skin tight. I can easily wear another layer under this and it's not baggy loose or anything close to that.

Great jackets for a wfh professional. I work long hours so need something that looks polished over a tank and leggings, and allow me to go from my desk to a quick workout and back. These are my go-to. I only wish more colors were available as I own one in every color I can wear. I do size up as the medium is too tight

I love their salutation jackets! This is my fourth one plus I purchased a black one for my daughter a couple of years ago. They are the perfect weight for sports and they are very slenderizing and comfortable! The zipper pockets are also very handy, and I love having the slit for my thumb in the sleeves.
