Great blue color - good idea - poor result

The skirt is just frumpy. Built like a balloon, should have been designed with a better flow and a shorter length. I was also between sizes and you want to be comfortable in this skirt. Thinking it would be a better design with the brooklyn material for hot weather.

I really like this skirt, I did think that poplin was more of a term for cotton, so that's why I gave it 4 stars, I knew it was polyester from reading the description, just maybe the term is a little deceptive. I ordered my usual Athleta size and the fit is as expected. It's very cute and comfortable, I was able to find some tops that have a very similar color to the varsity blue at another shop, but otherwise would pair with white or black.

Love this skirt. It's not a true poplin fabric, but it wears and washes beautifully. Comes out of the washer basically dry. Great for travel. I bought multiple colors.

Got this on super sale and it's cute but runs small. It is snug on the waist in the larger of my two sizes I usually wear. Also long for a petite person but doesn't touch the ground.
