It is comfortable but the back flares open if you do any sort of plank or similar. It is not good for anything other than upright workouts IMO. #sweepstakes

This tank is super flattering, and the fabric is fantastic. But the opening in the back significantly limits how you can wear it. Any push-ups or any activity where you are not fully upright and it completely opens and may end up over your head. I will likely have the back tacked, which is annoying and seems unnecessary, but I purchased it at a great price and it is perfect in every other way.
