The revised Mive with Ease is fine, but it's just a Tee. It falls short of the original With Ease. First, the fun pleat in the back is gone. Second, it's not as long in the back—-so not truly a CYA garment. Just a bit longer than average T. Third, the fabric, while soft and easy care, lacks the... weight of the original. So, no fashion detail (less fabric), shorter and lighter fabric——all for the same price???? I'm keeping it. Love the redwood color. Fills my need, but I just can't help feeling that Athleta cheaper out on this T….fortunately I got it at a promo price
This t-shirt is okay if you like a long oval flap hanging down in front. If you have any bit of belly at all it highlights it for you and then hangs down like a low front bib. Some people like that and therefore there are many other t-shirts made like this one. The old With Ease t-shirt was wonderfu...l and comfortable and didn't look like any other t-shirt on the market. You could dress it up or down and it didn't have a long bib like flap hanging in front. As a matter of fact the line in the front across the hips is one of the most wonderful details of the old With Ease top. For the life of me I can't seem to figure out why they would discontinue a top that sold so well (I know this because you were always sold out of any new color quickly!) and loved by so many. Honestly, you had something unique and flattering and you kicked it to the curb. This seems to happen a great deal with the Athleta items I fall in love with. Why does this never happen with men's brands?? My other half finds his favorite t-shirt, shorts, joggers, whatever and keeps buying them year after year. I've read several other reviews that are lamenting the loss of the old With Ease t-shirt just as I am. Makes me wonder how many of us does it take to bring it back?? As an Icon member who spends WAY too much at Athleta I'm begging to think it's time to find a brand that keeps pieces around that people love or at a minimum, puts out a loud notice that an item will be discontinued so we have a chance to buy up as many as we can. You had a wonderful unique piece and you kicked it to the curb... Good luck in the future.

I went to the Athleta store yesterday in hopes of getting a couple more of the With Ease Tees that I absolutely LOVE. I was disappointed to learn that they have replaced the original With Ease Tee with the new "With Ease Tee 2.0" (a.k.a. "Move With Ease Tee". I don't know why they are trying to pass this off as a "2.0" version because there is literally nothing the same about it except the fabric. The cut is totally different and it's not nearly as flattering as it used to be. It's a tighter fit, with a curved hem in the front and the back, the front is a lot longer than the old one was, and there's no longer a dart in the top of the back. The construction and seams also felt cheaper. I am SOOOO disappointed!! Athleta, please bring back the original With Ease Tee! The reviews clearly show that people loved the old one and don't like the new one nearly as much.

- I purchased a large in the regular length. I have purchased the tile before thinking it would cover my backside more. Unfortunately, it was not the right thing to do and hit me in a weird place that just made it look dowdy.

So disappointing that the style changed. I have multiples of this t-shirt and it has been my go to for casual and work-wear. I understand updating styles but this is now a completely different fit. It is no longer relaxed but fitted. It hugs you in all the wrong places. Going up a size does not solve the issue as then it is too big at the shoulders/chest.

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Thought I was ordering the original With Ease Tee. This runs smaller and not as flattering as the original. Not sure why such a popular item was changed, but..... NOPE! If Athleta feels like this is a winner, maybe they could carry both? Please bring back the original.

I've had this shirt in some variation since circa 2019 - I love them! It was time to update my white shirts, so ordered these without a second thought, and also got some in new colors. I was so disappointed when I tried it on and the white fabric is super thin - not quite sheer but a skin-toned bra shows very clearly through. Returned the lighter colors (white and light blue) but kept the navy. Please bring back the prior version of the fabric!!
