Strange lines all over

I am so disappointed in the quality of this fabric. I ordered 2 pairs in lighter colors and they had streaks all over them?! I washed them and the streaks got way worse. I then ordered these in black hoping you couldn't see any streaks, and you could definitely still see them in the black color too....

I was looking for flares in adult size but apparently Athleta doesn't think this is in style anymore. Fortunately at 5'2, 110lbs I was able to fit into the girls size xl. I'm so happy but please bring back the regular flares, not the wierd ones that are super tight around the calf with an awkward split flare! Those are the worst thing I've ever tried on from Athleta! #sweepstakes
