This dress has an easy, casual fit that would work well for travel since it packs down so nicely. It can be dressed up by adding a belt. I ordered a large tall but probably could have gotten away with a large. Will be on the lookout for another one!

I first bought this dress a couple of years ago on the strong advice of my sister, who loved this dress for hot weather. I'm 5', 115 lbs and ordered a petite XS. To say it was too big is an understatement. The back dragged the floor by at least six inches; the gaps under the arms were incredible. I had to check and make sure the size was labeled correctly. When I took it back to a store location the clerk told me there had been universal complaints about the sizing; I mentioned that I hoped the designers listened and resized the dress. I ordered it last month after I saw a mention in a FB group that sounded like they might have fixed the sizing issue. Got it last week, and yippee!!, they did - petite XS fit perfectly. No dragging the floor, no drooping and revealing arm holes. I live in Texas, and hot days are here - cannot wait to wear this dress. Very impressed with Athleta for fixing this - they could have just ignored the problem and moved on to the next dress.

I now have several of these dresses. They are classic, can be dressed up for a special occasion or casual. It's also good as a travel dress. Fits as described. I wosh they had more vibrant colors as unfortunately wasn't able to get the coral color. They sold out, also this year it wasn't available at my local store I would buy more colors if they had more options. I get many compliments each time I wear my dress.
