    I got this mostly for the pockets. The bike undershorts has a pocket big enough to hold my phone. It does not ride up at all. The shorts look like I'm wearing a skort/skirt

    The undershorts stay put! I am not a big fan of high rise waist lines, but it is hard to find anything that isn't these days. The front is a little poofy, but the feel is good.

    I love the concept. I love the color (neon green). I don't even mind the bulk/fluff of the short like other reviewers. That's the style/look. Don't order them if that bugs you. What I don't like is that I don't know if I should keep the medium or the small. The mediums feel more comfortable and don't cut into my thigh like the small does, but it's looser around the waist and I don't know how that will work when I run and load my phone and nutrition in the pocket. The small fits best but cuts into my thigh and I am incredibly self conscious about that. Because I'll run distance in the shorts I will most likely keep the small. I ordered two colors (green and red) and the red is a tighter fit than the green. I will not keep the red ones. It is so frustrating when there are size inconsistencies between colors. Athleta, you have to do better. For more reference, I wear mediums in the biker shorts, smalls in leggings and running shorts.

    I have a really hard time finding shorts where the internal bike-short-style shorts don't ride up, but these worked really well for me. I had to size up from my usual small to medium (I think I just have especially big thighs) but they fit great and stayed put

    Perfect length, great fit—not too tight at waist, avoids any muffin top, and comfortable. Wore them for tennis, cycling, and yoga. Stayed put and fit well for all three workouts.
