I absolutely love the lightweight fabric of these pants, which is perfect for hot weather in the south. I'm a 5'4", 120-pound woman with a slim build (no waist, no thighs, no butt). I usually wear a size 2, so I went with that in-store for a relaxed fit. However, the waistband felt a bit tighter th...an the rest of the material when pulling them up my hips, though it wasn't uncomfortable. This was the main reason I stuck with the size 2. I know I could have and probably should have gone down to a size 0, but I wasn't sure if the ankle area would become too tight. The fabric itself is quite stretchy, and the legs fit loosely like joggers, which I liked. After wearing them a few times, I noticed that the fabric noticeably stretched out, making me think I should have downsized. I also wasn't a fan of the drawstring, which only pulls across the front part. On days when I wasn't feeling bloated, I wished I could tighten the waistband a bit more. On the plus side, I love that the front pocket has a zipper. It fits my iPhone Max Plus without adding any extra bulk. Overall, I really like these pants. They're super comfortable. I bought them all in a size 2, but I still wonder if I should have gone down a size since the fabric does seem to give a bit over time. I wash these in the washing machine and throw them in the dryer without any special care. Ultimately, I think these pants offer a versatile fit. You can either wear them more fitted or have a looser jogger style, depending on your preference. Lastly, I've noticed that the Black Sand color is always out of stock in size 0 or 2, so if you're interested in that particular color and size, you might want to check back frequently.
