I usually wear a size small in Athleta pants; however, I had to order an extra small, which was exceptionally long. Since these pants are made of polyester, I doubt these pants will shrink. I am 5'5" but probably would be better off with a petite XS. Since this was a final sale, I am stuck with what I have.

I love these pants, light weight, great to travel in and pack. Like the elastic bottom for walking/hiking...to keep out the bugs. I have them in beige and in black. They have a nice clean simple look.
