    Definitely snug but the softest most perfect leggings. Cuff is awesome and super cute! Not high waisted but the thick band hugs the hips and tummy so beautifully! I'm 6'1 142 lbs. tall small is my size and what I ordered. Could have sized up and still fit great as well. Got the matching jacket and it's the cutest comfiest work out or run to the store or weekend walk wear ever!! 💯 recommended!
