    This bra fits really well - the band is comfortably snug and still has ample room to support my chest without squeezing. I love the high neckline too! I would say this is a low to medium impact bra - I wear it for strength training and walking and feel fully supported. It would also make a cute sporty bathing suit top! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it does give me a bit of a uni-boob, but it's comfortable enough that I don't really care and bought it in two colors. I am 165 lbs, 34DDD and the medium fits perfectly.
