Not what I expected. I am usually a size small regular and I would need an xs petite instead in these . I love the color but that is it. The elastic pulls on the bottoms of the legs are too skinny so it's not comfortable. These feel like tight cords. And even tied in a knot, or several, they hang too long. Most importantly though, they are completely see-through. I was not expecting that in this red color. Online they look thicker. They are like a white trash bag material almost in terms of thickness. I don't know what the black color would be like but any other color I imagine you can just see all through it. I bought the punch color and I wore pink underwear underneath that had a light pattern and you could see all of it. I cannot imagine what the pants would look like if they got wet. These seem like they are solely made to go over either leggings or bike shorts. Really bummed they didn't work out. I work with animals and I needed another pair of pants for daily walks/pet visits.

Perfect pants for almost anything.

I love these pants. Have multiple pairs. Very comfortable. Not hot and breathable so good for hiking, walking. If cooler, easy to pull on over leggings. They do make a swish sound, but doesn't bother me. Very comfortable. I like how water resistant too and dry fast. Used recent for hiking Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. Perfect for that. I will say when wash lengthen out toggles on bottom of pant(un-cinch) so doesn't get wrapped up in other laundry. I wear size 6, small fits great.

I read all the reviews and purchased these pants as wind/splash pants and I LOVE them! The Eden colour is gorgeous and they are definitely shiny and "swishy" but I expect that from splash pants. For reference, I'm 5'5", 135 lbs with shorter legs and purchased the XS Petite. They are perfect. Great for dog walks when weather is iffy.

Love the color (punch)! I wear a size S in the Headlands Pant and usually a S in most leggings... had to exchange the S for an XS in this pant because of it's baggy fit. I like the adjustable ties at the bottom to tighten/wear just below the knee. #80sgal
