Faulty zipper would not accept return because it beyond wind

The zipper never worked. Unable to wear coat. Couldnt return because didnt try it on until after the return window. Sold faulty parka. It is worthless.

It's huge, save your money. Bought my usual jacket size but this style is oversized. Should be a slim fit but it's really large. So disappointed that I'm stuck with somethign that won't fit.
