These were a great surprise! I decided to throw them into my cart during a sale not really knowing what they would be like. I love EVERYTHING about them! The elastic waist is great, but the pleats and fake zipper seam make them look dressy, like slacks. The fabric feels cool to the touch and very ...lightweight, and does not stick to skin. Can go with so many kinds of tops and shoes. I've dressed them up for day trips in the city, errands, and even to my son's trampolinium birthday party. I even jumped on the trampoline in them. I'm 5'3", weigh 130 lbs and got the size small petite and it fits perfectly. I'm am so thankful for the petite sizes, they fit perfectly on me. I really wish I had gotten these in the tan in addition to the black. They're no longer available and am hoping they will be be back in stock in the future.
I don't understand who comes up with the lengths for their pants. They are either too short or too long. I am average height for a woman and these like most pants athletes sells, are an inch and a half too long. The type of material is not easy to hem so I will have to take these back. Also stop wit...h the ugly wide leg pants. You offer almost no plus sized clothing anymore and the little you do is wide leg? Who wants to look fatter? Make the pants shorter or offer larger sizes in short. If you aren't doing well on plus sized it is probably because of the weird design.

I have several wide leg pants from Athleta. These are fine but definitely not my favorite. They show any cellulite or imperfections. A little too lightweight, I think.

I was hoping these would be similar to the Brooklyn Heights pants but they weren't. Maybe the fabric was comparable but the waistband was terrible. It was just elastic and no fabric over it so it was hard and scratchy against my skin which made me hate wearing these pants.
