First the good qualities - the fabric feels amazing, and the legs fit/hang nicely. The length was perfect, and the zippered pockets are a great feature. Now for the not so good qualities - I'm not sure who these would be considered mid rise for. The waist band is 4 inches tall, and it's another 7 ...

LOVE these joggers! I ordered a medium tall, (I'm about 5'9") and they fit perfectly. They are incredibly comfortable and are a welcomed - and fashionable - change to leggings. Right after I received them and tried them on, I ordered 2 more pairs in different colors!
