    The bag is a pastel yellow - very unappealing in person. Pick another color. Mine was final sale so can't return or exchange. :( Very disappointed to have wasted my money.

    I really like the color and size of this bag. It's great for every day use, fits mine and my toddler's necessities. BUT THE STRAP is its downfall. Like other reviews have mentioned… if the bag is too heavy the strap will loosen as you go and you will constantly be readjusting it…. It's frustrating and I find myself looking for a fix for this daily.

    Completely agree with another review. The strap will not stay at the length you want it to and even with very few items in the bag, it slides to the lowest/longest setting. I had to tie a knot to keep it secure at the right length. Paid full price and had to make it work since it was the only bag I brought on an international trip. Extremely disappointing because otherwise it's the perfect travel bag.

    I love the medium size bag. I have all 3 sizes and the medium one is the one I use while shopping. I can fit my reusable shopping bags (Athleta Totes) in the bag with all of my stuff ; keys, wallet, water bottle etc

    This bad is easily worth more than 5 stars!!! I purchased it for a trip I'll be taking at the end of the month. Upon inspection I decided I'll be using it every day until then. It reminds me of a pricier brand but better!! I Love the colors, style, fabric which makes it so light weight and construction!! I love it all. Best of all it can be worn cross body or over the shoulder as the strap is fully adjustable
