I was looking at this bag because I needed a new bag for work. I was immediately drawn to this after seeing it had a laptop pocket that could fit my 16 inch macbook (not many cute bags can fit a 16 in). I bought it in store after seeing it was way more durable than I was expecting + it's spacious in...side, but does not look too big or bulky. I love all the pockets for organization + the key leash!! It could use some improvements. The water bottle pocket is on the same side as the zipper, and I cannot zip up my tote when I put my water bottle in there. I also wish the water bottle pocket could stretch to fit my 32 in owala. In addition, I love the laptop pocket, but it could have a latch/button like the lands end canvas tote to secure it when it's in there! Overall, it's a great bag, and I love using it for the office/ day-to-day!
Ordinarily, I'm very pleased with products that ordered from Athleta but I want to caution you not to buy this bag. There are a couple things wrong with it. When I took it out of the packaging, I noticed that it was missing some of the logo lettering that should've been attached. Then I gave the bag... a more careful examination and realized the zipper completely detaches on both sides which means that if you open the bag all the way in order to gain access to some of the pouches, you'll be struggling with two hands to try to rezip it. The material is so-so, definitely not worth the price (and I had 20% off). Even if there weren't these defects, I would probably be returning the bag.
