I love the 7/8 length - even in petite sizes the full length legging feels almost too long (I'm 5'2.5" ) It's a great weight, pockets are a good size for my phone and keys. I have several pairs in different colors. I prefer the PL over the PM though I have both. The L isn't super tight through the hips or thighs but I like the looser band around my tummy now that I'm in my late 50s. I wear these all day - walking the dog through working out and running around!
