First, please keep making more Eden items, I LOVE the color! I'm keeping this jacket but the sizing isn't quite perfect for me. I have an athletic hourglass shape and didn't find the hips to be terribly accommodating - they are cut a bit narrow. It does have a double zipper which helps to loosen thi...ngs up, but when it's really raining outside, I want it zipped all the way. There was plenty of room up top, even with my broad shoulders and the sleeves are very long (I'm 5'9" and they mostly cover my palms). I'm going to try a size up, but am afraid the top part of the jacket will be huge.... here's to hoping!

Don't know how quality control didn't catch this. I like the coat so much that I might keep it and wear unzipped. Not ideal for a rain coat. To Athleta designers: no woman's body is made this way ! I wonder if they used dimensions for a man. Men are built this way. The way this coat fits … is... just how a man's shirt fits a woman. Big in arms/shoulders, and very tight across lower waist and hips. In my case, I cant zip this coat. And it's so big in the top that I can't get a bigger size. My proportions are extremely average as I could have been a 'fit model'. Beware- there is some kind of mistake here. Still a pretty coat - SUCH A SHAME !

I saw this coat and didn't want to pull the trigger because of the cost, but kept looking at it and ended up stalking the website until my size was available. The color is beautiful and much more unique than a basic black. The fit is really flattering, and I followed the recommendations to size down. I was worried that it would be too tight across my hips, but it fits great and is very flattering. Full disclosure, I have not worn it in the rain yet. Definitely recommend! #sweepstakes

This was the PERFECT purchase for a recent trip to Scotland. I don't know if it would hold up well in a true downpour, but it did great in the misty weather/light rain/windy conditions we had. I mostly bought it because my other raincoat is more practical and ruins a cute outfit lol, but this one looks good with everything. The price is a bit too steep though, I wouldn't have bought it without a good promo code.

I live in California and rarely deal with more than a light, foggy mist. This jacket dealt with that fine. Today I'm in Manhattan and it's experiencing its first steady rain — not torrential, but steady. I'm soaked straight through. The jacket looks nice in general, but don't buy it for its water repellent properties.
